This 40-year old woman chose
Dr. Richard Kofkoff of St. Louis, MO to give her
saline breast implants. At the consultation, this patient and
Dr. Kofkoff discussed her options of different
breast implants to choose from. She wanted her cup size to go from a 36A to a 36C. With her height being 5'3" and weight being 125 lbs.,
Dr. Kofkoff and she decided to use smooth, round saline
breast implants filling the left
breast implant with 470cc and overfilling the right
breast implant with 490cc.
Dr. Kofkoff informed this woman that he would do a
inframammary incision and place the
breast implants below the
breast muscle. The surgical date finally came and this patient could not be more excited. She came out of surgery looking better than ever and is very excited about her new look.
