Dr. Richard Kofkoff of St. Louis, MO was contacted by a young 5'4" 120 lbs. 27 year old female looking for a surgeon to console with her about
breast implants. The woman stated that she was looking for options to enhance her
breast size and wanted to see if surgery could help her.
Dr. Kofkoff brought in the woman discussed the different surgical options she could take. They both decided that a
breast augmentation was her best choice.
Dr. Kofkoff used a
periaroelar incision to insert
saline, round, smooth breast implants. The right
breast implant was filled to 460cc and the left was filled to 480cc, being placed below the muscle. After the surgery the woman was very happy with the results and her new body.
