This 24 year old 5'6" 115lbs patient had a
breast augmentation procedure done for her by plastic surgeon
Dr. Richard Kofkoff of St. Louis, MO. The woman wanted to see what her options where regarding current
breast size so she set up a consultation with
Dr. Kofkoff.
Dr. Kofkoff explained how
breast augmentation surgery is performed, taking either
silicone or
saline based
breast implants and placing them above or below the
breast muscle.
Dr. Kofkoff used a
inframammary incision to place the
saline breast implants below the muscle filling the right 380cc and the left 360cc. Her
breast enhancement surgery went very well and she is happy with her new
breast implants. Thanks to
Dr. Kofkoff she is now a more confident young woman with her new
breasts!
