This patient presented with post pregnancy breast hypoplasia desired to return to her previous breast size and increased fullness in the upper portion of her breasts. The patient set up a consultation with Dr. Richard B. Linderman of Carmel, IN and he suggested a breast augmentation. Dr. Linderman performed the breast augmentation with 360cc saline breast implants placed in the subpectoral position.
