Dr. Baxter, a plastic surgeon in the Seattle, WA, area, was approached by this patient following her double mastectomy. Both of her breasts were removed due to breast cancer. She was looking to have them reconstructed by Dr. Baxter. To perform this breast augmentation Dr. Baxter used tissue expanders, and then high profile Allergan silicone gel implants. The nipples were reconstructed using skin grafts and tattooing. As you can tell from the pictures above, Dr. Baxter did an amazing job. Her breasts look great and her scars healed nicely!
