This 34-year-old patient was unhappy with the size of her breasts and seeked
Dr. Douglas L. Forman of
Bethesda, Maryland for
breast implants. He explained the procedure of
breast augmentation to this patient, and she decided to undergo the procedure.
Dr. Douglas L. Forman inserted
saline breast implants through a periareolar incision. He also used
smooth, round breast implants, and inserted the
