This patient wanted to have a
breast augmentation because she did not like the appearance of her breasts. She contacted
Dr. Douglas L. Forman of
Bethesda, Maryland for information on this procedure. After being explained the procedure of
breast augmentation, this patient decided to have
Dr. Douglas L. Forman perform the surgery. He inserted
saline breast implants through a periareolar incision, and inserted them below the muscle. This patient was happy with the results of the surgery and appearance of her breasts.
