This patient wanted to complete her athletic figure with a breast augmentation. She was unhappy with her breasts appearence and wanted to complete her great figure with the help of Dr. Roger J. Friedman of Bethesda, Maryland. He explained the procedure with this patient and she decided to undergo the breast augmentation. She was very happy with the results of the surgery. Dr. Roger J. Friedman inserted 350 cc, smooth, round, breast implants. The breast implants were saline, and he placed them subpectorally through a periareolar incision.
