This patient was unhappy with her small breasts. She wanted to have
breast implants in order to compliment her petite figure. She contacted
Dr. Roger J. Friedman of
Bethesda, Maryland and asked for information regarding
breast augmentation.
Dr. Friedman decided to use
smooth, round, saline breast implants for this procedure and inserted them subpectorally through an inframammary fold incision. The
saline breast implants were inflated to 250cc. This patient was very happy with the results and her new natural-looking breasts to compliment her petite figure.
