Dr. Novia was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He received the majority of his education and training through the United States Military. He has served in Hawaii, Micronesia, Korea, Texas, Honduras, Germany, Croatia, Colorado, Thailand, and most recently as the Chief of Plastic Surgery at Madigan Army Medical Center in Tacoma, Washington.

Dr. Novia has recently completed his military career and joined Dr. Kierney’s Plastic Surgery team.
