This patient had breast hang, loss of upper breast fullness and a squared off appearance of the breast fold.
PRE-OP:
Age 29, 5'6", 125 lbs
Bra size 34B
Note the squared, flattened shape of the breast folds.
10 YEAR POST-OP:
This was a long-term follow-up.
325cc smooth, round, saline breast implants; sub-pectoral; inframammary incision.
1.5 cm crescent mastopexy (breast lift).
Post-op bra size 36C
Scars (top 1/2 of the areola) from the breast lift have healed well.
Rounding of the breast fold was achieved by lowering the breast folds which also achieved balance proportion between the upper and lower portions of the breast.
Dr. Peter T. Pacik of Manchester, NH used
breast implants to enhance this woman's figure. This woman wanted a fuller figure so she consulted with
Dr. Pacik to explore her options. Together they decided that a
breast augmentation would give her the best results possible.
Breast implants vary in size, shape, and even texture so it is important to pick the right
breast implant. The
breast augmentation went very well and
Dr. Pacik did a great job performing it. The results couldn't of been better as the
before & after photos show. This patient was more than thrilled with her new look.
