Dr. Geldner performs breast augmentations, breast reconstructions, breast reductions and breast lifts. He performs these procedures under general or local anesthesia with sedation on an out-patient basis. The procedures last between one and two hours. You and Dr. Geldner will decide where your implant should be place, the size and shape of the implant, and where the incision will be made.
