breast implants. She wanted fuller breasts.
Dr. Parham A. Ganchi inserted
saline breast implants through periareolar incisions. He inserted the
breast implants in the dual plane submuscular pockets. The
breast augmentation went well and the patient was happy with the results. She had an easy recover and had little risk of complications. Her scars had already seemed unnoticeable after 6 weeks.
