This patient was unhappy with the appearance of her breasts.  They appeared deflated, especially in the upper half and this patient wanted her breasts to look fuller.  She contacted Dr. Parham A. Ganchi of Wayne, New Jersey regarding a breast augmentation.  The procedure went great.  Dr. Parham A. Ganchi inserted saline breast implants through periareolar incisions.  The patient was very happy with the results.  Her chest appear more full now and she had an easy recovery with low risks.
