Dr. Michael A. Fiorillo of
NY and
NJ performed a
mastopexy using
breast implants. This patient has been concerned with her small, sagging breasts; she decided it was time to consult with
board certified plastic surgeon Dr. Fiorillo. At their consultation they decided that smooth, round,
saline breast implants along with a
mastopexy, most commonly known as a
breast lift, would give this patient the best results. This procedure brought this woman from an A to a C. He also used 320cc
saline breast implants and placed them through an inframammary incision below the breast muscle. This gave the patient a high profile.
