Dr. Melek Kayser of
Roseville, MI performed a mastopexy with saline breast implants. This 31-year-old patient had severe
tuberous deformity.She underwent release of constrictions,
reduction of areola,
mastopexy and placement of
saline breast implants. The entire procedure was performed through areolar incision where, in addition to the placements of the 300cc
breast implants, elevation of the breast and reattachment to the chest muscle was performed to achieve a fuller, lifted look. The
before & after photos show the amazing difference of her previous 34B to her current 36C 4 months after the
