Dr. Melek Kaser of

breast reduction. This 46-year-old patient had breast hypertrophy for which a bilateral
breast reduction, also known as a
mammoplasty, was performed using the SPAIR technique. This leaves the breast with fewer scars and a more rounded, fuller shape than traditional
breast reduction techniques. This
breast reduction took this woman from her previous 34DD to a more comfortable 34C.
