Once the incisions are made, Dr. Quinn creates a small pocket within each breast into which the implant will be inserted. The implants are then carefully placed in the body, and the incisions are closed.

If the patient desires, implants can be added at this time to restore lost volume and create a shapelier look. After the incisions are closed, the breasts look firmer and more youthful.
