Just wanted to let you know that I went to Dr. Swail in Boulder, CO and have had a great experience all around. The staff they work with at the surgery center next door was excellent as well. I got exactly what I asked for (size and final appearance) and am extremely happy with my results and with the care I have received since my surgery also. I missed two appointments (holiday chaos!!) and they were great about calling me to remind me I still needed to come in for follow-up exams.

They do need to send in more pictures to your site. I don't thing Dr. Swail had any pictures on your site and his partner, Dr. Stormo, had only two if I remember correctly. That would be my only recommendation. They are a great office!! Hope this helps and thank you so much for the work you do. Your site is the ONLY thing that gave me the confidence to do this and I am so pleased with the results!!

"I would love to provide you with feedback regarding my experience at Dr. Swail's office. I had my surgery in Dec '00 and everything is going great. I did get his name from your site and that was the reason I called his office. I am very happy with my results and with my experience with him and his office staff. I have to admit though, I have been lousy with my follow up appointments and haven't been back since a few weeks after my surgery. Everything was healing so nicely and with Christmas and all I never made my appointments.

Thanks for your website. Without it I don't think I would have gone through with my surgery because I don't know anyone who has done this, so it really helped me to find the firsthand information I was looking for. Thanks again.
