breast implants. The woman stated that she was looking for options to enhance her
breast size and wanted to see if surgery could help her.
Dr. Pensler brought in the woman discussed the different surgical options she could take. They both decided that a
breast augmentation was her best choice.
Dr. Pensler used a
transaxillary incision to insert the
breast implants. Each
breast implant was filled to 420cc and placed below the muscle. After the surgery the woman was very happy with the results and her new body.
