This female patient had a breast augmentation procedure done for her by plastic surgeon Dr. Jason Pozner of Boca Raton, FL. The woman wanted to see what her options where regarding current breast size so she set up a consultation with Dr. Pozner. Dr. Pozner explained how breast augmentation surgery is performed, taking either silicone or saline based breast implants and placing them above or below the breast muscle.
