"Dr. James Hoffman is an amazing plastic surgeon. His work and artistic talent are impeccable and I would highly recommend him to any woman!!! I had a breast augmentation by Dr. James Hoffman on April 4th 2007 (400cc silicone, unders, crease incision). After going on a number of consultations with many of the "top" plastic surgeons in the Minneapolis/St.Paul area, I just knew Dr. Hoffman was who I wanted to do the surgery. He and his nurse Barb spent about an hour and a half in my initial consultation providing excellent information about the procedure, placement, saline vs. silicone, latest research, etc. I felt so comfortable and they really listened to what I had to say. After my consult I called back with a number of questions I had forgotten and I was promptly called back.
My surgery went very well and I felt like myself within a few days. I had little to no bruising and I was able to move my arms without any problems as soon as surgery was over. I was back in the operating room doing anesthesia in just over a week! I am only 2 weeks postop but my results are already truly amazing. They are exactly what I wanted and they have already dropped and softened quite a bit. I think Dr. Hoffman's techniques have EVERYTHING to do with my speedy recovery and the wonderful results. I do anesthesia and am in the operating room everyday. I can honestly say I think Dr. Hoffman is one of the most gifted surgeons I have ever seen. He and his office staff are so patience and kind.
