This patient came to the
Esthetica Institute of the Palm Beaches in Palm Beach Gardens, FL, seeking a
breast enhancement procedure. She consulted with a board certified plastic surgeon. Below are her before and after photos. She had 300cc
saline Mentor implants (filled to 310cc’s) placed underneath her pectoral muscle through an incision under her
breast crease (
inframammary incision). She was very pleased with her natural looking, larger
breasts.
