This patient came to
Dr. Gregory DeLange and Dr. Arturo Guiloff of the Esthetica Institute of the Palm Beaches in Palm Beach Gardens, FL, seeking a board certified plastic surgeon to correct her
tuberous breasts. Her cosmetic surgeon suggested a
breast augmentation along with a
breast lift. He was knowledgeable, caring, and listened to all of her wishes. During the surgery her surgeon used
Mentor silicone implants of 275cc’s filled to 300cc’s. They were placed above her pectoralis muscle through the
breast crease (
inframammary incision). As you can see from her
before and after photos, her results are amazing! Her surgeon was able to correct the
tuberous breasts, and enlarge them while keeping them natural looking.
