Dr. David E. Berman, plastic surgeon of Sterling VA, improved the body image of a petite, 53-year old woman, by surgically providing her with soft, round, saline,
breast implants. Her petite, 112 pound frame is greatly improved because of her new and lovely breast size. Dr. Berman made the incision an Inframammary incision and the implants were placed below the muscle.
