"Dr. Ghaderi and his team are great! My experience with the office has been wonderful! From my first appointment, I felt comfortable and found that Dr. Ghaderi was very personable and understood what I wanted to achieve. Dr. Ghaderi explained everything to me in full detail, from the procedure to the finishing look. The morning of the procedure, Dr. Ghaderi came in and helped me feel at ease. The procedure was simple and I had no problem afterwards. I spoke with several friends after the procedure, including Dr. Ghaderi and everyone could not believe that I had had the surgery. I am currently planning two vacations and the end results are incredible. I definitely feel that I had waited too long to have this done. I feel more confident and I love the way I look in my clothes without having to wear a padded bra. I love Dr. Ghaderi for all that he has done and I love his passion for his work. Thoroughly Enjoy My New Look
"My experience with Dr. Ghaderi and the staff at St. Charles Plastic Surgery was terrific! I was made to feel so important - even as a new patient. Dr. Ghaderi took a significant amount of time to talk with me about the breast augmentation procedure. He promptly responded to my initial e-mail, answering all my questions - no "canned response" like I received from other doctors. The procedure itself was easy (and Valley Ambulatory Surgery Center helped make it a good experience too). Dr. Ghaderi called my home to check on me the evening of the procedure, and again the next morning. He even offered to meet me somewhere closer to my home for my first follow-up since I live a bit of a distance from his office. (But I felt great right away - and had no problem driving to the office.) I left on a cruise three weeks after the procedure, and was able to enjoy my "new look"! I'd recommend Dr. Ghaderi and his staff to anyone looking for a professional, caring plastic surgeon."

Why Did I Wait So Long?
"Why did I wait so long? I have thought about a breast augmentation for years. I consider myself to be in pretty good shape but have been self conscious about the appearance of my breasts. Two pregnancies and "too many years" resulted in a significant loss of breast tissue--a look that I found difficult to accept. My OB-Gyne recommended I consult Dr. Ghaderi to determine what options would be available. I am a registered nurse and have never been so impressed with a surgeon before. From the minute my consultation began, I could tell he was really listening to my concerns, encouraging my questions and understanding what my needs really were. Together, we decided to proceed with a breast augmentation that would give me a more youthful appearance. My entire surgical experience was fantastic. Dr. Ghaderi is not only a talented plastic surgeon; he is caring and extremely dedicated to his patients. I am impressed at the speed at which he returns my calls (even after hours) and never makes me to feel that my concerns or questions are not important. As a nurse, I can assure you that this dedication cannot be assumed for all surgeons. My surgery proceeded as expected and my recovery was uneventful. I feel great and now I even look great. As I stand in the mirror, I again ask myself....Why did I wait so long?"

Ghaderi Is My Mother Nature
"I always hated the idea of wearing a bra, none-the-less a padded bra. I knew it was time to do something about it. Some women may question any sort of cosmetic surgeries. They don't know how it feels to not feel complete. Not having breasts takes away your feeling of being a woman. I wanted to regain that confidence that mother nature forgot to give me. I truly recommend Dr. Ghaderi for all the women out there who want their womanhood restored. I would do this surgery again in a heartbeat. Dr. Ghaderi is my mother nature. -Anna"
