Implants: I have 300cc optimum filled to 350cc, smooth, round Mentor implants.

Approach: I chose subglandular (over the muscle) placement due to my bodybuilding and fitness lifestyle. My incision is via the navel or transumbilical (TUBA - see incision photos to the right).
