At age 51, after a weight loss of 60 lbs and with normal aging, my tuberous breasts were saggy and had always been pretty deformed looking. I was a 36A, if that.
My congenital pot belly was also a concern. I saw a PS who said I was borderline for a lift but he wanted to try a larger implant than I initially thought and see if that did it. I got McGhan style 363 (little used) implants, textured, under, anatomicals with 410 ccs, crease incision. I had the BA and tummy tuck in one operation, lasting 7 hours.
My one week post pictures show how very ugly the initial result was and I was devastated and felt I had ruined myself. My dropping was slow, taking 4-6 months. Six months later, I decided I still wanted/needed the lift and had a full anchor lift and aerola reduction. It took a long time for me to get the good results some women see more quickly, but it was worth the wait.
I'm 51 (at time of surgery--53 now), 5'7", 120 lbs, no children, was 36A, now 36D.
