Pictures after a Second Surgery

Patient had second surgery and went larger.   Implants are 425 cc filled to 490 cc Mentor Spectrums, round, smooth, saline implants placed under the muscle and via transaxillary incision.  Final size is 34 D/DD...sometimes 32DD, depending on the bra.
