I would like to submit my before and after shots. I had significant assymetry and also concave chest. I haven't seen a lot of before and afters with these problems and I hope this will help others to see the results I got. Here are my stats: Age: 29 Height: 5'4" Weight: 128 lbs. # of kids: 4 kids, all were breastfed for 8 months Preop Cup size: Left side was a small B, and right side was an A. Postop Cup size: Full C, small D McGhan 420cc left side, 480 right side Round, Smooth Placed under the muscle through transax incision. After pictures are 15 weeks post op
