Statistics:

Before pictures are textured saline implants filled to 550 cc and 600 cc placed under the muscle. The placement has what is commonly called a "snoopy" effect although this is somewhat different than the "snoopy" effect used clinically to describe a prominent nipple and areola complex.

After photos are post op conversion with Benelli lift to 375 cc silicone implants placed over the muscle.
