Implants:  Smooth, round saline, McGhan implants, 390 cc overfilled to 440 cc, placed under the muscle

Strangest thing about this BA.  I thought finally I could feel like a woman in bras, then I get a size that I can't even FIND bras!  34DD too small, 36D to small cupped, but too big around my ribs!
