Round Mentor 300 cc saline implants placed over the muscle.

This visitor had a reduction 20 years prior to this surgery.  She had gone to a 40 DD after having kids and hated heavy and saggy breasts.  On this surgery, her PS went thru the same scar and tried to repair the old scar at the same time.  "I don't think people getting a lift plus implants have such a big scars these days."
