All bruising is gone. Left nipple has a little bit
of droop from incision and tape pulling it
down a bit. Swelling on left is just about gone.

and shape.1 month post-op 1 month post-op 1 month post-op 3 months post-op 3 months post-op 3 months post-op 7 months post-op 7 months post-op 7 months post-op Side by Side Comparisons Notes at two weeks: Silicone implants are much wider in base diameter than the
saline implants used in my first surgery. The result: more cleavage and great fullness in the
upper pole of the breast. At 2 weeks, the pocket revision on the
left breast is keeping the implant just about dead even in crease
fold height as my right breast. My before photos show how much
of a difference I had in crease height and bottoming out on my
left side as opposed to my right side. The feel silicone implants compared saline is almost impossible
to describe. With saline, you could feel the implant like it was
just a hard sac of water inside. Although my silicone implants
still look prominent at 2 weeks, they are as soft as natural breast
tissue and you can squeeze them without knowing the difference
between myown tissue and the implants. There is still considerable swelling, especially on left, so these will look
much softer in a few weeks.I still have bandages over my incisions which I'll probably have to keep
on, per doctor's orders, for many weeks, to make them as nice as
possible. ;)
Notes at one month:All bruising is gone. Left nipple has a little bit of droop from incision
and tape pulling it down a bit. Swelling on left is just about gone.
They are almost perfectly even in height, size and shape.
Notes at 3 months
Not a huge change but I'm settled, my incisions are perfect and my nipples
have evened out very nicely. The tops are softer and my slope is straight
and not humped as you could see in my one month profile, above.
Notes at 7 months
I could not ask for anything more than the result I have. Obviously, at
40 years old, women don't have breasts this large and this perky. For that
reason, it's not detective work to know that I have implants. But, in spite
of their size, they look and feel like the real thing. Very very happy! Before Revision 2 weeks post-op 3 days post op 1 months post op 1 month post op 3 months post op before revision 7 months post op
