Side by Side Comparison - Saline Implants Pre-Op / Silicone Implants Post-Op

		Notes at 2 weeks: Silicone Implants are wider in base diameter than the saline implants used in first surgery. The result is more cleavage and great fullness in upper pole of breast. At 2 weeks, the pocket revision on the left breast is keeping the implant just about dead even in crease fold height as my right breast.
Before Revision	2 Weeks Post Op	The feel of silicone implants compared to saline is almost impossible to describe. With saline, you could feel the implant like it was a hard sac of water inside. Although my silicone implants still look prominent at 2 weeks, they are soft as natural breast tissue and you can squeeze them without knowing the difference between my own tissue and the implant tissue.
		There is still considerable swelling (especially at 2 weeks), so as you can see at following photos, they are softer.
3 Days Post Op	1 Month Post Op	Notes at one month: All bruising is gone. Left nipple has a little bit of droop from incision and tape pulling it down a bit. Swelling on left is just about gone. They are almost perfectly even in height, size and shape.
1 Month Post Op	3 Months Post Op	Notes at 3 months: Not a huge change but I'm settled, my incisions are perfect and my nipples have evened out very nicely. The tops are softer and my slope is straight and not humped as you could see in my one month profile, above.
Before Revision	After Revision - 7 mo.	Notes at 7 months I could not ask for anything more than the result I have. Obviously, at 40 years old, women don't have breasts this large and this perky. For that reason, it's not detective work to know that I have implants. But, in spite of their size, they look and feel like the real thing. Very very happy!
