Editor's Note: This patient had silicone gel breast implants placed under the muscle and a lollipop breast lift. Her breast implants were round and smooth with a moderate to high profile. Her plastic surgeon used 450cc silicone gel breast implants in both her right and left breasts. Her breast implant before and after photos show what a great outcome she had.

I love my breasts now, I feel restored to my before babies boobies. I breast fed 3 children. My surgery was done on 07-22-11. It's only been 3 weeks but I can't tell you how it felt not having boobs! I will update my pictures in a month, hopefully they will drop...
