*******************************************************************************
I had a breast augmentation, breast lift and a tummy tuck with
Kirk Moore,
M.D. of Idaho Falls, Idaho. I would recommend my plastic
surgeon to others.
Age: 41, 5 kids, 1 breastfed
Height: 5'3''
Weight: 150
Size: I went from a B cup to a D cup
Incision: areola
Mentor Moderate Plus
Implant Fill: Silicone, 425 cc's
Implant Surface: Smooth
At 17, I became a mother and since that day my body was no longer that of a
young woman but a woman's body that had shown sacrifice. My children
range from 3 to 23 and I would do it all over again to have them in my life.
But now it was my turn to give something back, just for me. I decided to
have a breast augmentation and tummy tuck at 41.
My first experience was horrible. The PS (not Dr. Moore) was older and
very arrogant made me feel bad about myself. After seeing pictures of his
work, I couldn't get out of there fast enough. Needless to say I didn't use
him for my surgery. Being from Montana, I was at a loss as to where and how
I'd find someone. With a lot of searching, I finally found a doctor in Idaho
who would become my choice for plastic surgeon.
It was a whirlwind from the start. I gathered as much information by phone
calls to his office manger as much as possible. And the internet which led
me to ImplantInfo by Nicole. Thank the Lord! I had a solid idea of what I
already wanted and was as prepared as much as I could be.
The day after Easter I was packed and off to my consult in Idaho. Met with
Dr. Moore. A lot younger than I thought he'd be but he was smart and very
professional - really knew his stuff. His work showed skill and made me feel
very confident with my choices. He told me I could choose silicone implants
which I was very excited about! I needed a lift which would be all done
through the areola. Then I was to have a tummy tuck all of this to be done
the very next afternoon at the Idaho Surgical Center just down the road from
his office.
It was to say the least a very tense night. Everything was moving very
quickly but it was wonderful to know that by the next night I'd be all done
and on my way to healing. To the new me!
The surgery went great and the folks at the Surgical Center took great care
of my husband and me. We spent the rest of the night at a nearby hotel and
had a follow up the next morning and then back to Montana.
It's still hard to believe that I truly went through with it! it's been two
weeks today and I'm on the mend. the only thing that's hard is the distance
between my PS and me but i have a wonderful family doctor that has helped me
through removal of staples and drains and ImplantInfo by Nicole has been a
great help to me. I head back for a checkup in a few weeks. Can't wait to
see what he thinks of how I'm doing. Everything looks scary still with all
the incisions but I'm beginning to see small improvements and I am so
excited to see what the next weeks changes will bring.
I would recommend my surgeon
Dr.
Kirk Moore of Idaho Falls Idaho. He made it very easy for me being out
of state and all. Everything was all in a convenient location and I even got
a few discounts (hotel room, places to eat, etc.) because I was having
surgery in their town. And everything was handled with great efficiency. I'd
like to send you all updates and pictures as soon as I can. Healthy
Healing!!!! Theresa.
