Visitors' Stories -- Janet (page 2 of 2) I was never really scared or nervous before the surgery. I'm one of these people who trust that things will go okay. The day of the surgery I was somewhat anxious as to some of the things that could go wrong such as bruising, bad reaction to the anesthesia or the possibility of capsular contraction but it was too late to change my mind. I was put to sleep only to wake up a couple of hours later with 2 cement grapefruits strapped to my chest. My husband took me home and I camped out in my recliner. Now three months and several post-op visits later, I do not need to go back to the doctor until my 1-year checkup. The implants have dropped, softened and look GREAT! This was an absolutely great experience. I now measure out to be a full 32C/small 32D. So, the best advice I can give to those considering this type
of surgery is: |
