Visitors' Stories -- Gina - from Saline to Silicone

My name is Gina. I have had two surgeries that I will tell you about but first I want to tell you to be wise about your choices. There is so much to know before you go for surgery. Make sure to check this site and ask millions of questions. This is an investment and no one wants to keep getting cut so decide what is best for you. LOOK AT THIS SITE. I wish I had found it before my first surgery.

The plastic surgeon I went to was not very informative. He seemed more concerned about the cash he would be making. He did not clue me in to the options I had or any of the details. If it tells you anything, I was there for 20 minutes on my first consult.

I had the surgery, being in a hurry for bigger boobs, and I regret it. Naturally, I was a 34C and I got saline/350cc/text/unders/infram. I was happy with the size, but for me saline did not work. My boobs felt fake, and you could see rippling at only 3 months. That is when I found this site. TOO LATE!!

I searched and searched and got lots of ammo to go back in with. I knew the terms, how to actually measure cc's, and EXACTLY what I wanted. Now I have no rippling and I feel so natural, even my husband could tell the difference. For me, I chose silicone/450cc/text/under/mentor/aerola. Do not get me wrong, saline is fine but we all know everyone has their own preferences. The saline made my body feel uncomfortable. So, off I went for my second surgery. Perfect.

I do wish that I had taken the time to search and get all the info I could've before the first surgery. They look great but I have inframammary scars and now on my nipples as well. I am sure in time they will heal, but I wish I had known!! And so, it is so very important that you know EVERYTHING. You should tell your plastic surgeon what to do, not reverse. Let him throw out the options, but at least you will have knowledge. GOOD LUCK!!
