Inamed / McGhan / Natrelle Confidence Plus Limited Warranty - Breast Implants

Inamed / McGhan's Confidence Plus Limited Warranty covers both saline and silicone gel filled breast implants. The warranty takes effect at the time of implantation. The benefits of this warranty are:

• 10 years of guaranteed financial assistance. Receive up to $1200 of out-of-pocket expenses for surgical fees, operating room, and anesthesia expenses not covered by insurance.
• Lifetime product replacement. At the request of your surgeon, any size implant may be selected to replace your current Inamed / McGhan breast implant style, at no cost to you, or choose another style.*
• Automatic enrollment.

*A charge may apply on a product with a higher list price.

Events covered:

• The Confidence Plus Warranties apply only to cases of loss of shell integrity resulting in implant rupture or implant deflation that requires surgical intervention.

Events not covered:

• Removal of capsule contracture
• Dissatisfaction with implant size or aesthetics
• Adverse reactions other than implant deflation or rupture
• Loss of product integrity caused by cosmetic revision surgery
• Loss of product integrity caused by open or closed capsulotomy
• Surgery on the opposite breast to replace an intact implant, unless covered by the ConfidencePlus Platinum Warranty. A contralateral device will NOT be provided without the Confidence Plus Platinum Warranty coverage.
• Other manufacturers products
• Financial reimbursement for a non-Inamed / McGhan replacement product in lieu of a McGhan replacement product.
