Subject 1 is 5'2" and 105 lb.  She   went from an A cup (left photo)  to a B cup (center photo) with 280 cc implants.  She then increased to a C cup with 420 cc implants (right photo).    Subject 1 was about 23 at the time of her initial augmentation.  She had a periareolar incision that was re-used for her second surgery. The implants are round, smooth and submuscular. She has not had any children.  The "after" pictures are approximately 3 months post-op.  Photos courtesy of Dr. Edward Pechter.
