Photo Date: 3 months post-op
Comment: Patient with "pseudo-ptosis" of the breasts after pregnancy. Not true sag, but collapse and flattening of the breasts due to gland loss after pregnancy.   Restored and enhanced by Breast Trans-axillary augmentation.
