Implants:  Mentor model 600, smooth, round, saline
Fill: 375 cc overfilled to 425 cc
Approach: Areolar  incision

Comments:  This patient presented with severe tuberous (tubular) breasts.  In addition to the augmentation with implants, the procedure included the removal of subareolar tissue through  the areolar incision to achieve end result.
