Breast Augmentation
19 year old patient with very assymetric breasts.
Height: 5' 7"
Weight: 145 lbs.
Procedure: Bilateral breast augmentation, donut mastopexy with lowering of inframammary crease (right side) using a variation of Puckett’s technique with splitting of the breast tissue in the subcutaneous plane so that it would be more full in configuration.
Placement: submuscular:
Implants:  with round smooth implants, right side - 330 cc., left side 360 cc.
