SUBJECT 755
Before 1-1/2 years post-op Before 1-1/2 years post-op This patient's right breast was considerably smaller than her left breast. Her left breast had greater breast hang than her right breast. In addition, there is considerable demarcation between a well developed pectoralis major muscle and the hanging breast. For this type of patient, I would plan to use different size implants in each breast to help equalize her breasts. In this particular patient, an asymmetrical crescent mastopexy (breast lift) was performed with different degrees of breast lift. The end result was well-balanced breasts with better positioning of the areola.
PRE-OP:
Age 35, 5'1", 105 lbs
Bra size 36A
1-1/2 YEAR POST-OP:
Right Breast: 350cc implant with a 1.5cm crescent mastopexy (breast lift).
Left Breast: 290cc implant with a 2cm crescent mastopexy (breast lift).
Smooth, round, saline breast implants; sub-pectoral; inframammary incision.
Post-op bra size 36B
