This patient shows quite clearly that one does not need to have large implants to look good. If a patient is petite, or small chested, a slender body can be enhanced with small implants. Too often, patients request oversized implants, because they feel this is their one opportunity. This may result in a "fake" look with an obvious rim outlining the implant.

PRE-OP:
Age 38, 5'3", 110 lbs
Bra size 32A-AA

3 MONTH POST-OP:
190cc smooth, round, saline breast implants; sub-pectoral; inframammary incision.
Post-op bra size 32-34B
