Post-op Size:  34 C bra (chest circumference around breasts is now 34 1/4")
Implants:  Mentor, round, smooth, saline 325 cc filled to 375
Approach: submuscular placement through lower breast (inframammary incision)

Post-op photos taken at 7 weeks after surgery
