Pre-op Size:  34 A bra (chest circumference above and around breasts - 32 1/4")
Post-op Size:  36 C bra (chest circumference around breasts is now 35 1/4")
Implants:  Mentor, round, smooth, saline 325 cc filled to 375
Approach: submuscular placement through lower breast (inframammary incision)

Post-op photos taken at 6 weeks after surgery
