Pre-op Size:  32 B bra (chest circumference above breasts - 32"; around breasts 33")
Post-op Size:  34 C bra (chest circumference around breasts is now 36 1/2")
Implants:  Mentor, round, smooth, saline 375 cc filled to 375
Approach: submuscular placement through lower breast (inframammary incision)
