35 year old with hypomastia and left breast ptosis. She is a 34 A in the pre-op photos (left).

The post-op photos (right) are 2 years later. The patient underwent a bilateral augmentation mammaplasty with a left periareolar mastopexy. The patient is now a 34 C.
